updateOrientation
Updates the current device orientation from sensors.
Called by DeviceOrientationController when accelerometer/magnetometer data is ready. Updates trigger uiState recomposition if the orientation data changed.
Parameters

The latest device orientation (pitch, roll, azimuth)
